There used to be days, a few years ago, when I would take Tylenol PM to put me to sleep.

 

Lately I've been feeling a little more upset than usual.  Today I looked at my shelf and saw the Tylenol there.  I took the bottle off the shelf and put it next to my soda.  I wasn't planning to OD, I was just going to take the normal amount for no reason.  But before I did that, I got a facebook message from my former roommate in which she said she's been sober for 7 months.

 

And that's when I put the pills away.  If she can be sober for 7 months, I can keep my Tylenol taking to times when I actually need it (and not times when I want it to take away a different type of pain).

 

So, thank you, Sara.

And again, OS bites me in the ass.
